SGLL Refund Policy (Fall 2017)
- A full refund (100%) of registration fees will be granted through July 28.
- Refund requests from July 29 through August 11 will be granted less a $30 uniform fee.
- Refund requests from August 12 through August 25 will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be granted after August 25.*
* Exception clause: After August 25, any refund request must be submitted in writing to the Spring Grove Little League and is subject to Board approval for exceptional cases only. (Exceptional cases may include: player relocation outside of the league boundaries, major injury or catastrophe prior to opening day/first Fall Ball game.) Please understand uniforms and hats have been ordered prior to this date. The Board will determine if a full or partial refund will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
